Silent Gig
It all began in March of 2011, the idea of bringing a unique gigging experience to the public, Silent Gig! Months of planning and convincing culminated in a 22 date run at the O2 Arena in London.
The brainchild behind Silent Gig, Chris McCarron, approached us some months back with the idea of Silent Gig, then using our network of suppliers along with ourselves we designed a system that would deliver exactly what Chris required. Sennheiser wireless headsets were chosen (700) along with a custom designed transmitter. The desks of choice were from Allen & Heaths iLive range with 3 iDR48 racks all digitally linked using Audinate’s Dante networking protocol.
The 3 week run at the O2 went without a glitch, over 100 acts performed, with the Feeling headlining the event.
